The Chris Burger
Juicy "mystery meat" topped with cheddar cheese, a fried egg, smoked gouda, and spicy jalapeño mayo.
 
Bacon-Wrapped Brats
Chargrilled bratwurst wrapped in thick, crispy bacon, served with mustard and sauerkraut.
Chris Skin Nachos
Fried "mystery meat" skins topped with melted cheddar, jalapeños, sour cream, and a drizzle of spicy pork chili.
"Pork" Belly Fries
Hand-cut fries topped with crispy "pork belly" chunks, garlic aioli, and a touch of smoked paprika.

- 1 can of Ro-Tel 
- 1 can Chipotle peppers in Adobe sauce 
- Chris 
- 3 garlic bulbs 
- 1/2 cup stock (your choice) 
- 1tbsp red pepper flakes 
- 1tsp paprika 
- 1 tsp chili powder 
- 1 medium yellow onion 
- Brown Dave in a Dutch oven 
- Add everything else 
- Simmer for 1 hour
